During my internship at Today Art Museum, I worked closely with curators and artists to support exhibitions like The Window of Wang Shikuo and Alice Exhibition. I was responsible for researching potential artists, preparing visual presentations, and assisting with on-site installation and artwork inspection. I also managed the measurement of exhibition space and designed 3D diagrams. At this position, I demonstrated the skill of research and quick adaptation to a new environment.

During my studies at Columbia College Chicago, I participated in the Fashion Ethics and Aesthetics course. As part of the team, I was responsible for designing and organizing The Rack, a pop-up clothing space that encouraged students to exchange and repurpose clothes creatively. I took part in designing the overall look of the space—creating signage, decorations, and visual displays that made the environment feel inviting and dynamic. Working closely with other teams, I helped coordinate the setup process, sorted and styled clothing, and made sure everything came together smoothly for the opening. Through this experience, I learned how design and collaboration can transform a simple idea into an engaging, community-focused project.

During my studies at Columbia College Chicago, I joined the Exhibition Management course, and with two of my teammates, we developed a comprehensive exhibition plan with the theme of Hair that included curatorial concept, artwork classification, budgeting, and venue layout. I contributed creative ideas for exhibition design and programming, and created marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement. This project strengthened my skills in curation, exhibition management, organization, and business writing, and deepened my understanding of how to bring an exhibition from concept to real life.

I proposed a nail business called Nirvana, then researched competitors, planned promotional ideas, and identifed potential business partners. This project gave me hands-on experience in turning creative ideas into structured, realistic plans—and taught me how much detail goes into building something from the ground up.
